2. Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

If you purchase goods or services from us through distance sales (fjernsalg) or off-premises sales, your statutory right of withdrawal under Angrerettloven is described on our Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett) page. The standard withdrawal form (Angreskjema Q-0319B) is available at SignForm (ministry standard form). If we fail to provide this form before contract conclusion, your withdrawal period may extend from 14 days to 12 months as required by law.

3. Consumer Rights (Forbrukerrettigheter)

If you are a consumer (forbruker) purchasing goods from us, the following Norwegian legislation applies in addition to these Terms:

  • Forbrukerkjøpsloven — statutory rights regarding defective goods, including repair, replacement, price reduction, and cancellation. See Lovdata.
  • Angrerettloven — 14-day right of withdrawal for distance and off-premises contracts (see Section 2).
  • Markedsføringsloven — protection against misleading marketing and unfair commercial practices.
  • E-handelsloven — information duties for electronic commerce.

Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer under Norwegian law.

Participation in the Consumer Complaints Board is voluntary for businesses but recommended. Their decision is advisory unless both parties agree it is binding.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, with venue (verneting) in Telemark where applicable. For consumers, mandatory venue rules under Norwegian law take precedence.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for website use. For ongoing purchase contracts, changes do not affect rights already acquired. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
